Discovery Call

Tell us your challenge.
We'll orchestrate the answer.

Discovery calls are confidential, technical, and zero-pressure. Bring a real problem, leave with a concrete architecture and timeline.

Bring a real problem.

We'll bring a working architecture, a model selection, a compliance frame, and a six-week plan. Confidential. Technical. Zero pressure.

Send us the problem

Goes straight to our team. An engineer reads it. There is no qualification queue in between.

The most useful thing you can send is one workflow that annoys someone: where people spend time repeating themselves, where a delay costs money, or where an error costs more. Add whatever you know about the data behind it and any constraint you are working under.

Or WhatsApp us

Goes straight to our team. We reply within one business day and we do not add you to a mailing list.

What to bring, and what happens next

A discovery call is a working session, not a pitch. It goes better when you arrive with a problem rather than a technology.

The most useful thing you can bring is a workflow that annoys someone. Not a strategy, not a list of AI use cases from a conference, a specific process where people spend time doing something repetitive, or where a delay costs money, or where an error costs more. From that we can usually tell within the hour whether it is worth automating and roughly what it would take.

The second most useful thing is honesty about your data. Most AI projects fail on data readiness rather than ambition, and we would rather discover a gap in the first conversation than in week three. If the history is incomplete, the fields are inconsistent, or nobody can say what a column means, say so. It changes the plan, not the welcome.

We do not run a sales process with stages. If the fit is wrong, or the thing you want is better bought than built, you will hear that on the call rather than after a proposal.

  1. BeforeCome withOne workflow, whatever you know about the data behind it, and the constraint you are working under, a regulation, a deadline, a system that cannot be touched. No deck required.step 1
  2. The call45-60 minutesTechnical from the start. We will ask what the current process costs in time or errors, what systems hold the data, and who has to approve an outcome. Expect to be asked what would make the project not worth doing.step 2
  3. Within 2 daysWritten backA short architecture sketch, an effort estimate, and the risks we would worry about, including any reason we think you should not proceed.step 3
  4. If it fitsScoped buildA staged plan with a measurement attached. Week one establishes the baseline, and that number is what the work is judged against.step 4
Response time
Within one business day, from a person who could work on the project, not a qualification queue.
Confidentiality
Discovery calls are confidential by default. We will sign your NDA before the call if you would prefer it in writing first.
Coverage
All of India, 19,238 delivery PIN codes across 638 districts and 35 states and union territories. Delivery is remote-first, so location changes scheduling and nothing else.
Languages
English plus the major Indian languages. For customer-facing systems, language coverage is usually the first design question we ask.
Time zones
We work IST and overlap with European and US-East mornings. For US-West, we schedule rather than improvise.
Who you speak to
An engineer who ships production systems. There is no separate presales layer to hand you off from.

What we do not do

  • We do not send a proposal before we understand the integration surface. It would be a guess with a number on it.
  • We do not run a pilot whose success criteria are undefined. If nobody can say what result would justify continuing, the pilot is theatre.
  • We do not take work where the only sponsor is enthusiasm. Someone has to own the outcome and be able to approve scope.
  • We do not pursue you afterwards. One follow-up, then the ball is yours.
