Why Claude for this

Lead scoring trained on your real closed-won history beats a vendor's generic model every time, because your buying pattern is not their average.

Claude is strongest at sustained reasoning over long documents, careful tool use, and a low rate of confident errors. For crm & sales automation that matters because the failure modes of this kind of system tend to cluster exactly there.

The honest trade-off: for very high-volume classification or extraction, a smaller model is cheaper at indistinguishable quality. We say that up front because a stack chosen for fashion rather than fit becomes someone's migration project two years later. We build the smallest thing that proves the case, put it in front of real users, and expand only what earns its keep.

We hand over with runbooks, tests and a team that knows how it works, not a dependency.

We are not a reseller for Anthropic and hold no commission on this choice. Where a different option fits your workload better, the recommendation will say so. That is the entire value of asking us.

Questions

Which CRMs do you work with?

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics, plus custom CRMs through their APIs.

Will reps actually use it?

Adoption follows from removing work rather than adding it. Automatic call notes and enrichment get used; another mandatory field does not.

Does it send emails automatically?

Only if you want it to. Our default is draft-and-review, because an automated message to the wrong prospect costs more than the time it saved.
