For India-heavy voice and SMS volume, domestic carrier relationships translate directly into per-minute cost and delivery reliability. On a contact-centre workload that difference compounds quickly against a global provider's pricing.
The trade-off is breadth: fewer adjacent products and a smaller ecosystem, which matters if you want voice, messaging, email and verification from a single vendor.
We build the smallest thing that proves the case, put it in front of real users, and expand only what earns its keep. We hand over with runbooks, tests and a team that knows how it works, not a dependency.
