We hold no reseller commission on Google. That is what makes the trade-off line above worth reading. It costs us nothing to tell you when this is the wrong choice.
Building with Flutter
Flutter is strongest at pixel-identical UI across platforms and excellent animation performance. We reach for it when that is the property a workload actually depends on, and we say so when it is not.
Flutter renders its own UI rather than mapping to platform widgets, which means the design is genuinely identical across platforms. For a brand-led product where the interface is the differentiator, that control is worth a lot.
The constraint in the Indian market is hiring. Dart developers are considerably scarcer than TypeScript developers, and that affects both cost and how quickly you can replace someone.
We start from the constraint, not the capability, what the system must never do, who signs off, and what happens when it is wrong. Six weeks to something running in production, not six quarters to a strategy document.

Questions
What is Flutter best at?
Pixel-identical UI across platforms and excellent animation performance.
When would you not use Flutter?
Dart is a smaller hiring pool than TypeScript in most Indian markets. We would look at Vercel AI SDK or LangGraph in that situation.
Do you have a commercial relationship with Google?
No. We hold no reseller commission on any technology we recommend, which is what lets the trade-off above be stated plainly.
Can you work with our existing Flutter setup?
Yes. We would rather extend and stabilise something that already works than introduce a parallel system your team has to learn.
Working with Flutter?
Tell us the workload and we will tell you whether this is the right tool for it.
