React is strongest at the largest ecosystem and the deepest hiring pool. We reach for it when that is the property a workload actually depends on, and we say so when it is not.
React's decisive advantage in India is hiring. The talent pool is deep at every level, which matters more for a system's five-year maintainability than any technical property of the framework itself.
Its unopinionated nature cuts both ways. A disciplined team produces something maintainable; an undisciplined one produces four state management approaches in the same codebase. The architecture has to come from the team, not the library.
Integration comes before intelligence. A model that cannot reach your systems of record is a demo with good manners. Six weeks to something running in production, not six quarters to a strategy document.
